Join us for 2015 Summer Camp! Spaces limited!!! Dont hesitate!!

Yes folks, its already that time of year again! The cold air of winter is behind us and the warm weather is now approaching! Please don’t wait to sign up when it could be too late! Last year SSF had its largest number of 27 campers to date!! The first week of camp (June 8-12) is ALEADY booked up! We do still have available 3 more camp weeks to offer…….June 15-19, full day camp week from 8a-4p, June 22-26, full day camp week from 8a-4p, & June 30-July 3, half day camp week for ages 6-8 only. Please have kids in laced up hard sole shoes (no sneakers or cowboy/girl boots allowed). For full and half day camp please have your child bring their own bagged lunch and 1 case of bottled water. *Every Friday of every camp week, do not bring bagged lunch, lunch will be held at CiCi’s Pizza :) *. Camp fees for full day camp is $300, half day camp is $175. Cant wait to see everyone and to have some fun learning all about horses! We will learn how to groom, tack up, and get educated on the horse, while of course, learn how to ride a horse:) Arts and crafts also provided! Look forward to all this year’s summer camp fun!!!!!! See ya’ll out at the farm!

Seeking Volunteers to Groom!

SSF is looking for volunteers to groom some of the farm’s resident horses! Hours are Monday-Friday with Saturdays a possibility and may vary between 930am-1200pm. No experience required. Please inquire with owner/trainer Nina Fisher at 904-814-0631. Come out and have fun grooming these beautiful creatures!

April 11, 2015 SSF competed in the SJCHC Annual show! CONGRATS to all the riders, their horses, and especially SSF owner/trainer Nina Fisher for all their hard work and dedication put forth to make this show such a success! Everyone did amazing with some of the girls even taking home Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion placements for their qualified riding division’s! Way to go SSF!!! We rocked it!

 

Meet SSF new lesson horse, Whiskey!!!:)

This is “Whiskey” (registered name: JK LEOS WHISKEY”). He is a 10 year old Foundation Quarter Horse standing 15 hands! He will be available for lessons under English saddle and is a real low key horse who will fit in at SSF just perfect! We can’t wait to see all his progress and accomplishments to come! Welcome to the family sweet boy!
